课内到课外:教师支持与校园体育氛围对大学生课外锻炼意向的影响——基于自我决定理论的视角

体教融合背景下,高校体育课内教学效果如何有效转化为大学生课外自主锻炼行为,是当前学校体育改革面临的关键问题。本研究以自我决定理论为框架,构建了教师支持、校园体育氛围、学生体育课内自主动机与课外锻炼自主性意向之间的关系模型,采用便利抽样法对386名选修公共体育课的大学生进行问卷调查,并运用分层回归分析检验变量间的关系。结果表明:教师支持与校园体育氛围均显著正向影响学生课外锻炼自主性意向;学生体育课内自主动机在教师支持与课外锻炼自主性意向之间起部分中介作用;校园体育氛围对学生课内自主动机的促进作用尤为突出。研究结论揭示了体育课内动机向课外锻炼意向的跨情境转化机制,建议高校从提升教师支持教学能力、系统营造校园体育氛围、推动课内外一体化融合三方面深化体育改革。
