中医药文化视域下叙事医学本土化建构研究

叙事医学进入中国后，已由概念引介转向临床实践与规范建构，但其本土化仍面临理论根基不足、文化资源转化不充分、实践路径和评价机制不清等问题。中医药文化蕴含生命整体观、身心一体疾病观、仁心仁术伦理、辨证论治思维和治未病智慧，可为叙事医学中国化提供重要资源。本文从中医药文化视域出发，阐释叙事医学本土化的理论逻辑，提出以患者生命经验整体理解为核心，构建价值重塑、知识重组、方法转化和制度嵌入相统一的实践框架，并从临床诊疗、医学教育、文化传播、医院治理和效果评价等方面提出实现路径，以期推动叙事医学从理念倡导走向具有中国医学人文特色的实践范式。
