农村幼儿园心理健康教育实施现状及优化策略研究

为了了解农村幼儿园心理健康教育现状,分析原因,提出对策。本研究采用访谈法对来自16所农村幼儿园的16位教师进行访谈,发现农村幼儿园心理健康教育普及率低、开展方式单一、教学内容碎片化。造成这种现象的原因有:缺乏重视、支持与保障;家校合作不佳;教师专业素养不足。为此本研究提出更新观念,增强对幼儿心理健康教育的重视;筑牢保障,完善幼儿心理健康教育硬件设施;三位一体,家校社共筑幼儿心理健康;加强学习,提升农村幼儿教师专业素养的策略,以供农村幼儿心理健康教育参考。
