经济地位与心理适应:老年人收入、抑郁与主观幸福感关系的文献综述

本综述聚焦老年人收入、抑郁与主观幸福感的关系,系统梳理“收入→抑郁→主观幸福感”传导路径的理论机制与实证研究进展。研究表明,低收入(尤其是主观感知收入不足)与更高抑郁风险显著相关,抑郁水平与主观幸福感呈显著负相关。抑郁在“收入→主观幸福感”路径中可能起关键中介作用,揭示了收入通过引发经济压力和社会比较,提升抑郁风险,进而降低主观幸福感的作用机制。本综述为理解老年人心理健康机制及制定精准干预措施提供理论依据,并指出未来研究应采用多波次纵向设计、探索社会支持与家庭因素的调节作用、开发针对性认知干预措施,以更全面揭示老年人心理福祉的影响机制。
