芬兰托育服务保教结合的制度逻辑及其教育启示

我国托育服务体系尚未形成统一的管理网络,存在“保”与“教”相分离的问题。探究芬兰托育服务保教结合的制度逻辑,可以为我国托育服务的未来提供借鉴。本文基于制度逻辑理论,系统分析了国家、专业、医疗、社区、家庭五重制度逻辑的核心诉求及其互动机制。研究发现,芬兰保教结合形成的原因是五重制度逻辑通过共同目标、规则和行动实现了协同整合。结合中国托育服务的现状,我国应确立教育框架的主导地位,构建保教结合课程体系,强化专业逻辑的中介功能,激活多元主体的参与活力。
