Abstract

随着教育理念的不断发展,视觉艺术教育在促进青少年心理成长中的作用受到越来越多关注。本文通过文献综述与批判性分析,系统探讨了视觉艺术训练对青少年创造力与自尊心发展的积极影响。研究表明,视觉艺术训练通过促进自我表达、成就体验与社会认同,显著提升了青少年的创新能力与自我价值感。然而,现有研究在因果关系确认、艺术形式区分、文化背景适应性以及个体差异控制等方面仍存在局限。未来研究应进一步加强纵向设计,细化艺术介入类型,并拓展跨文化比较研究,以更全面揭示视觉艺术教育对青少年心理发展的深层机制。本文的分析为优化视觉艺术教育实践与促进青少年心理健康发展提供了理论参考与实践启示。
