社交媒体使用与大学生宿舍居住空间对大学生心理健康影响的长期效应研究

本研究采用心理健康素养评定量表、SCL-90症状自评量表及自填式人口社会学问卷,从南通理工学院四类学生中收集7838份有效数据,构建了社交媒体依赖行为、宿舍居住空间特征与心理健康状况的定量分析框架。结果显示:大学生心理健康素养总分为86.15±12.31 ,其中行为维度总分显著低于其他维度(17.41±5.75),表明心理健康知识获取与实践能力之间存在显著脱节。人口统计学异质性分析显示:女性学生、高年级学生、家庭经济状况良好者、父母婚姻关系和谐者及亲子关系密切者心理健康素养显著更高(P<0.05)。其次,研究发现了一条清晰的数字媒体影响路径。社交媒体依赖并不直接导致抑郁或焦虑,而是通过显著增强个体的社会比较倾向间接引发情绪问题。在控制了性别、年级后,社会比较对抑郁 (T=4.827,P=0.004)和焦虑(T=5.184,P<0.001)具有显著正向预测作用,而社交媒体依赖则是社会比较的重要预测因子(P=0.029)。在宿舍居住空间特征中,通过多元线性回归分析显示,宿舍的功能完善性、空间独立性和满意度均能显著负向预测心理问题(均为P<0.01),是重要的保护性因素。与此同时,家庭经济状况良好是最强的保护因素之一(β=-4.567, P=0.000),而社交媒体依赖行为则是最强的风险因素(β=0.645,P=0.000)。
