识别乡村旅游发展的建筑标准——基于传统村落建筑与保护的LDA分析

本面向传统村落保护与活化利用的一体化需求,本研究以LDA主题建模对CNKI与Web of Science自1999—2024年的602篇文献进行系统分析,识别并验证四大主题:乡村历史遗产与村庄发展、建筑与元素(含新乡土与半乡土)、生态与数字化技术、社区参与与政策治理。在此基础上,构建以历史价值—材料真实性—空间适应性—社区参与为核心的数据驱动保护框架,并细化为可操作的六类标准,用以统筹历史风貌与当代功能、提升可持续乡村旅游的综合效益。
